Dominique Oliver appointed Co-Chair of Lewisham’s Design Review Panel

25.09.25

We’re delighted to share that our Partner, Dominique Oliver, has been appointed Co-Chair of Lewisham’s Design Review Panel.

The panel plays a vital role in shaping high-quality development across the borough, providing independent advice to ensure projects strengthen Lewisham’s built environment and communities.

Dominique brings deep local experience to the role. At PTE, she led the design and delivery of the Deptford Lounge – a landmark civic project combining a primary school, library, artists’ studios and housing – as well as the restoration of the Victorian carriage ramp in Deptford town centre, sensitively reimagined to house 14 commercial spaces within its historic arches.

Reflecting on her appointment, Dominique said:

Having previously served on the panel alongside excellent colleagues, it’s an honour to take on this role and to help champion design excellence in Lewisham. I look forward to working with fellow chairs Hilary Satchwell and Graciela Moreno, and to supporting the clear ambitions set out by Brenda Dacres OBE, James-J Walsh and Steve Evison. There is important work ahead, and I’m eager to contribute alongside David Syme, Ruth Coulson, Konoya Kabir and the wider team.
