Tom Dollard has been appointed as one of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan’s new Design Advocates - a prestigious group of experts shaping the future of the capital’s built environment.
Tom brings exceptional expertise to the role. As PTE’s Partner of Sustainability and Innovation, he has long championed high‑performance, low‑energy housing and is widely recognised for advancing best practice in sustainable neighbourhoods. His book Designed to Perform, published by RIBA, has become an essential reference for delivering real‑world energy performance, and his ongoing work as chair of the Good Homes Alliance continues to influence national policy, guidance and standards on housing quality and building performance.
